- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return address.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be free from stains, damage, or alterations

5. Return & Exchange Process
Returns:

- Receive approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Exchanges:
- Contact us with your exchange request (size, color, etc.)
- We will confirm availability
- If the item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved
- Refund processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days (bank dependent)
- PayPal: 24–48 hours after processing
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- This includes any applicable taxes or customs fees
- Please use a trackable shipping service
- We do not accept return parcels sent via Cash on Delivery

- Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged
